Stand Still, Be Fit? For Martial Arts & Health (Part 7)

In part 7 of Stand Still, Be Fit, Master Lam presents some of the simple philosophical concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
He uncovers some new chi kung movements that will encourage health and strength within your nervous system and entire body, promoting real relaxed movement while you work and play.
So follow along with Master Lam in this introduction to Zhuan Zhuang, give it a try to see what benefits stillness can bring to you. Go on, like he says, “Stand Up, join in, don’t just sit there watching.”
I have put this on my blog as I believe it is a great form of exercise that anyone can enjoy and benefit from, whether you are new to exercise and are getting started, aiming to improve your posture, joints or overall health. Alternatively if you are and experienced fitness enthusiast looking to develop more power, strength or stamina for your chosen sport. Regular practice will have you feeling better than ever!
Join in when he performs the warm up, and hold the posture for 4-5 mins until the cool down section.
